The personal was especially helpful and extremely helpful. It had central location close to an excellent museum.

It is well priced. Fairly clean and perfect place, has good views of the shopping mall rather than the ocean. The room is inviting, the staff is lovely and very obliging. Separate bathroom is clean.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in New Plymouth. I really enjoyed this hip new hotel for its family atmosphere and really helpful staff. The room was brand-new and nicely decorated, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. The bedroom was separate and the bed was amazing. It was in the central location close to shops and restaurants. Good service was provided here.

The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance in the city center. It was also conveniently located right across the only mall they have in this area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort with amenities like a superking bed and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the modern and clean bathroom, as well as the availability of Netflix on both TVs. The staff were amazing, providing great service and assistance throughout our stay. The free carpark and excellent wifi were also appreciated.

The location of the hotel was magnificent - within a close distance from Kawaroa Park. A big shopping center and a shopping mall were right next door.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city center, just across the road from the main shopping mall. It made exploring the city a breeze, with so many attractions within walking distance. Plus, having the only mall in New Plymouth right across the street was really convenient.

All in all, everything was just fine - no complaints at all.
